We explored the local markets and even caught an event at Renzo Barbera Stadium. The breakfast spread was over the top, packed with regional dishes. The service was friendly, especially from Ylena and Dalila, who kept refilling our coffees. Totally recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy local goodies.
One downside was our initial room, which felt outdated and was not as clean as we had hoped. We were lucky to get an upgrade, but it's something future guests should check on upon arrival.

Loved our stay at Porta Di Castro! Quirky decor and charming history from the converted church. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious local treats. The staff went above and beyond, though the narrow streets make finding it tricky at first. Overall, a fun and memorable experience!

the room was so tiny, fitting my large suitcases was quite the challenge. And good luck with the hard beds. Also, I can't believ they didn’t offer any complimentary drinks or upgrades considering the chaos around me. I truly almost left a good review but just couldn’t, sadly this place doesn't meet expectations.

Incredible breakfast spread with a multitude of options.
My experience at Porta Di Castro was far from ideal. The room I stayed in on the ground floor had issues with cleanliness, including a dirty floor and remnants from previous guests. Additionally, the shower had mold, and the wifi was dreadful, making it difficult to stay connected.
